Most questions land in one of four places

Nearly every message our desk receives concerns getting started, device compatibility, billing mechanics, or what to do when a stream misbehaves. We have grouped the answers that way rather than dumping forty entries into one long scroll.

Looking for something more specific? The channel map lists what is carried by region, and the setup guide walks through installation screen by screen on every supported platform.

Getting started

IPTV means the television signal travels over your ordinary broadband connection rather than a satellite dish or a cable socket. A small player application on your device requests each channel from our servers and decodes it on the fly, which is why you can watch in HD, Full HD or 4K on any screen with a decent connection behind it.

About five minutes from a confirmed payment in most cases. The activation desk issues your credentials on WhatsApp, you enter them once in the player, and the full grid loads. If your device needs the application installed first, add another five minutes for the download.

The reduced opening plan at €7.99 is built precisely for that purpose. It is a reduced-rate introductory month with the complete channel grid and film vault behind it, and it does not renew by itself. If you like what you see, roll onto a longer term at any point.

Reckon on six megabits for the HD tier, a dozen for Full HD, and around twenty-five once you move up to Ultra HD — measured where the television sits, not at the router. Ethernet always holds steadier than wireless, especially on older Smart TVs whose radios were never strong.

Devices and apps

Handsets, tablets and set-top boxes on Android; televisions running Google TV; the Amazon Fire TV Stick; desktop Windows from release ten onward; Apple laptops and desktops; and the WebOS and Tizen platforms found on LG and Samsung sets. IBO Player is the single application we stand behind, which is why faults get diagnosed quickly here. Every line authorises exactly one screen.

Because depth beats breadth in support. Our desk knows every screen of IBO Player by heart, which is how the median first reply stays under nine minutes. A provider that nominally supports a dozen apps cannot answer a specific question about any of them quickly.

One subscription covers one screen at a time. If a second television is needed, take out a second line on the published rate card; the two operate separately and neither slows the other down.

Usually, yes. LG WebOS and Samsung Tizen sets from roughly 2018 onwards carry the application in their own stores. On anything older, the simplest and cheapest route is a small Android TV box or a Fire TV Stick plugged into a spare HDMI port.

Billing and plans

Checkout accepts major cards, SEPA bank transfer and the usual digital wallets, all billed in euros. Payment is handled entirely by the processor; card numbers never touch our systems and we hold nothing beyond the reference we need to match your order to your line.

No. Every plan is a one-off purchase for a fixed term. When the term ends the line simply stops unless you choose to renew it, and nothing is stored against your card for a silent charge later.

Yes. Message the support desk and we extend your existing line rather than issuing new credentials, so nothing on your device needs reconfiguring. You are credited for the portion of the current term you have not used.

Access lands instantly, so a purchase closes the moment a line goes live. Two documented carve-outs exist. The first covers an outage traced to our own infrastructure that runs past three unbroken days; that earns proportional credit. The second covers a payment taken twice in error, returned to you in whole. Our refund policy page carries the precise wording.

Service and support

Message the desk with the channel name and the time. Most stutters are a single route under strain and are rebalanced within minutes; we will move your line to a healthier node while the fix lands. If the fault is on our side and it keeps you offline for more than three days, the outage credit applies.

Yes, with seven days of forward listings on supported channels and catch-up for the previous seven days. Guide data is refreshed continuously rather than pulled once a week, which is why what you see on screen generally matches what is actually broadcasting.

No. The service runs cleanly through a VPN if you use one, though routing your traffic through a distant country will add latency and may reduce the quality tier your connection can sustain. A nearby European exit node is the sensible choice.

There are no business hours. The desk is staffed continuously, every day of the year, and messages sent at three in the morning are answered in the same window as messages sent at three in the afternoon.

Still stuck?

We would rather answer than have you guess

If you cannot find your answer above, write to us. There is no tiered queue and no automated triage — the message lands with someone who can see your line and change things on it.

Pricing questions are covered in full on the subscriptions page, and every contact route we monitor is listed on the contact page.
