About IPTVSense — Built by People Who Got Tired of Buffering

A small European streaming outfit with an unglamorous obsession: the picture should hold, the guide should be right, and the bill should never surprise anyone.

Our story

We started because the alternatives kept failing at kick-off

IPTVSense grew out of a frustration most European viewers will recognise. Providers promised tens of thousands of channels and delivered a grid that froze the moment a major fixture drew a crowd. Guide data was months out of date. Support meant a form that replied four days later, if at all.

So we built the thing we wanted. We leased capacity where European traffic actually concentrates — Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Stockholm — rather than routing a continent through one cheap datacentre. We hired people who could read a stream log instead of a script. And we published the whole rate card on a single page, because hiding prices is what businesses do when they are not confident in them.

Today we serve households from Dublin to Vienna, from Rotterdam to Gothenburg. We are not the largest provider in Europe and we have never wanted to be. We would rather answer every message in under ten minutes than chase a subscriber count we cannot support properly.

How we work

Four commitments we will not trade away

Engineering before marketing

Every euro that could go into an advertising budget goes into edge capacity and monitoring instead. Our uptime figure of 99.9% across a rolling twelve-month window is measured by our own probes, not quoted from a supplier's brochure.

One device, stated up front

A subscription authorises a single device. We say so on the order page, in the terms and on this page, because the alternative — selling a "multi-screen" line and quietly throttling the second stream — is how the industry earned its reputation.

One supported application

We support the IBO Player application and nothing else. Narrowing the surface means our desk knows every screen of it by heart, which is why the median first reply sits under nine minutes rather than under nine hours.

Plain pricing, plain policies

No renewal traps, no activation fees, no surcharge that appears in month three. Our refund policy spells out exactly when a credit applies and when it does not, in language you can read once and understand.

"The gap between a mediocre IPTV service and a good one is almost never the channel count. It is what happens in the ninety seconds after a stream stutters — whether the platform recovers on its own, and whether anyone picks up when it does not." — From our internal engineering handbook, quoted in our onboarding notes

The numbers behind the promise

We publish operational figures rather than adjectives. These come from our own monitoring across the European edge fleet over the last twelve months.

Who we serve

Our subscriber base sits squarely in Europe: German and Austrian households following the Bundesliga, Dutch and Belgian viewers who want Eredivisie alongside Flemish output, Irish and Nordic families juggling two languages at once, and expatriates across the continent who simply want their home channels back without a satellite dish on the balcony.

If you are running a business rather than a living room, the reseller programme gives you a credit panel and direct line management. And if all you want is to see how the picture behaves on your own set, the reduced opening month at €7.99 costs least to find out.
